Lower Back-Pain Therapy

If you have back pain or restricted range of back movement, then you may like to enquire about our back therapy.

Gul is currently working to help people relieve back aches and improve manoeuvrability by riding on horseback without a saddle (bareback) with very positive results. Lower back-pain therapy works because the movement of the horse is the second most similar to human pelvic movement during walking (the first being a pig!) and this, coupled with the warmth of the horse, helps to mobilise the lower back.

With our equine team and Physiotherapists you will be able to exercise your back gently and will hopefully experience notable results within a few sessions.

Gul's team of health and sport professionals includes:

  • Physiotherapists
  • Exericse Therapist
  • Riding Instructors
  • Therapy Assistants
  • Health Care Assistants
  • GPs

Our back pain sessions are currently led by Ruth Freeman M.Sc on Tuesday mornings and some Saturday afternoons by appointment only for pricing please see HERE or Contact us.
