At Plain Fit you can meet new people and have fun doing some physical activity whilst learning about the benefits of exercise and healthy living. This group is for a range of different people wanting to lose weight or improve mobility.
These groups are run by members of the Gul Health Team with relevant qualifications and skills to ensure you get the most out of the experience that is Plain Fit. this group is currently running at Amesbury Baptist Centre.
Plain Fit – Amesbury Baptist Centre
The Amesbury Baptist Centre group is located in a large upstairs room in this modern building. This group is run on a Monday evening from 6:30pm until 8:00pm. This session will include a weigh in, warm-up, circuit and, to finish off, a cool down and chat.
